Creston Female Football Development U10 — U17
Creston Female Football Development is a training program designed specifically for girls who want to improve their technical ability, confidence, and understanding of the game in a positive and supportive environment. Sessions focus on ball mastery, decision-making, coordination, movement quality, and age-appropriate strength and injury-prevention exercises. Training is structured to support long-term development and to help players build strong technical foundations during the critical years of skill acquisition.
Our spring/summer program has now concluded. Thank you to all the players and families who participated in our U13+ Friday sessions at the high school and our full U10+ Sunday sessions at the Rec Centre that ran from April through June 2026. We are currently preparing our upcoming program for the fall season.
If you have any questions or would like to join our mailing list to receive updates for our future programming, please contact us at info@crestonfemalefootballdevelopment.com.
Empowering Girls Through Soccer
Girls’ and women’s soccer is growing rapidly around the world, yet many players leave the sport during early adolescence—particularly around the U12–U15 years. At the same time, female athletes face unique challenges, including a higher risk of ACL injuries, which highlights the importance of proper training and movement education. Creating supportive, development-focused environments helps girls build skill, confidence, friendships, and a lifelong connection to the game.

What This Program Is
A development-focused training environment for girls who want to improve their football skills
Small-group sessions (8–12 players) that allow for more individual attention and feedback
A program that supports confidence, enjoyment, and long-term participation in the sport
Training that incorporates modern approaches to female athlete development, including movement quality and injury-prevention principles
What This Program Is Not
It is not a replacement for club teams or league play
It is not a competitive team or academy selecting players to represent a club
It is not focused on winning games or rankings, but on individual player development
The goal is simple: to help girls develop skill, confidence, friendships, resilience, and a lifelong love for football.
